“When we are sick in a boat, it is often at the bottom of the hold because we do not have a horizon”. I am about to move on from a job I have had for the past 15 years. Every day I have tried to offer my colleagues and sponsors a fresh horizon. I was told “lift our eyes” so that we see something new. So much of our time is spent in the hold with nowhere to look, nowhere to lift our eyes. As we emerge from the pandemic what new horizon are you looking towards? Can you see any light and how do you plan to move towards that horizon? Maybe the journey will need a companion to walk with. Having trod many different paths I can walk with you and we can discover what is on that new horizon.
