Our exploration together might be as part of major change, the transitional journey of a final professional role; or looking ahead to retirement and what this means for the next stages of the client’s career and future life.
Through my previous career paths, I have developed a strong ethos for empathy, authenticity, along with a search for the deeper self. I have never been afraid to ask those deeper questions of myself and those who I have helped guide and support when I was an ordained minister of religion.
This has led me to want to support others with the deeply reflective spiritual journey that flows through both their personal and professional lives. In doing so, enabling and facilitating them through the coaching process to understand how their deeper self-questions can unsettle them to embrace their successes and joys, while being able to sit at ease with their trials and disappointments. This takes place within an ethical code of practice and conduct.
