I want to offer you 40+ years of experience, and to share my own journey as a resource for you. Formerly the General Secretary of Churches Together in Britain and Ireland I offer the perspective of working across a range of sectors including youth work, faith leadership and senior charity/3rd sector management. I also offer a range of diverse and reflective skills that help guide clients through their own personal journey to a deeper sense of themselves.

With experience in both International and four nation UK settings, financial and investment planning, organisational governance and a wide variety of public speaking exposure both written and through radio I understand the needs of a diverse leadership client. My skills centre on being a strategic and highly creative collaborator and negotiator who can provide an interpersonal experience of channelling deep personal reflection and pastoral led mindfulness as a leader.

I want to concentrate on strengthening your identity and values and bring your dreams and goals into reality. Values and beliefs support the individual’s sense of identity. That’s the who behind the why, how, what, where and when.

That world of work (or maybe leisure) you’re in at the moment, its part of a wider world, a bigger system. So, what’s your sense of for whom or for what your life is focused. Does it provide a sense of meaning and purpose for your actions, capabilities, beliefs and identity?

I am a values led coach who looks to work with those who are seeking to cultivate their personal and professional potential. I have a strong sense of social justice underpinned by an inclusive faith and spirituality. I bring a management perspective which can include exploring the spirituality of the clients personal and professional beliefs and motivations. This works to create an inclusive, open and safe environment allowing the client to channel creative opportunities and goals.
